1. Is the Optic Dream Projector Bluetooth and compatible with my phone?

Yes! the Optic Dream Lamps are compatible with all devices. Users can download the application "Smart Life" to adjust settings like lighting settings, color, brightness, play music, etc.

2. Does Optic Lamps offer full refunds?

Indeed we do. If a customer is dissatisfied with their product they may request a refund and we will be more than happy to get the issue resolved! For more information on this subject, visit our Refund Policy page.

3. How do I check the status of my order & track my package?

We offer tracking numbers to all our customers here at Optic Lamps! If you are needing to track an order, view the automated email we send you upon your purchase for information on how to track an order, or Contact Us for further information.

4. What are shipping times on our products?

All our shipping times differ depending on location and our current order volume. Our shipping services get orders delivered quicker to customers located in the United States and Canada. An average shipping time can be anywhere from 5-7 business days based on the factors mentioned listed above.

6. Why wont my purchase go through?

Here at Optic Lamps, we take fraudulent orders very serious. We have zero tolerance for fraud purchases off stolen credit / debit cards. If your order is not going through, or is automatically refunded, it most likely because your card does not match your information on file in checkout. If your ordering a product off of a friends or family's credit / debit card, please make sure your information on file is matching with the information on the issued card. If you are unable to match the information, we unfortunately can not serve you.

7. Is the Optic Dream Lamp adjustable?

Yes, you can adjust / rotate the head of the lamp at a 180°, or 360° angle.
